An overabundance of stress can be damaging to your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Journaling can act as a powerful stress management tool, that can help to foster positive relationships between ourselves and our thoughts. Our journalling class provides personal prompts which direct you inwards to reflect and action conscious life shifts. Our studio doors close 5 minutes before the class begins, however we recommend you come 10-15 minutes early to settle in, grab a cup of tea and select your cushion.
